Description (one-sentence)

When LoE instantiates BOTH chains-of-chains-of-cyclic-alphabet cascade (Class I^d Cartesian-product composition) AND internal-precession (Class K asymptotic-DOF rate) at the SAME substrate, the SUBSTRATE INTERNAL RATE-RATIO between the cascade-traversal rate and the precession rate IS BIT-EXACT IDENTICAL to the NUMERATOR of the substrate's Class N rational signature for the precession-cycle. Identity-level claim per [[user_stance_identity_not_implementation_discipline]].

Identity-level claim

Rate-ratio rational signature IS helical-pitch numerator at chains-of-chains-plus-precession co-instantiating substrates. NOT "rate-ratio resembles" / "rate-ratio approximates" / "rate-ratio implements" — rate-ratio rational IS the helical-pitch numerator under closed-form algebra. Bit-exact at DNA substrate per Spike #155 §5.1.

The math

Worked example at DNA substrate:

Class I traversal rate (transcription):           v_I = 30 bp/sec
Class K asymptotic-DOF rate (helical precession): v_K = v_I / (Class N denominator p/q) = 30 / 10.5 = 30/(21/2) = 60/21 turns/sec

rate-ratio = v_I / v_K = (30) / (60/21) = (30 * 21) / 60 = 21/2

Why this stance candidate is load-bearing

  1. Bridges (a) and (b) at a NEW algebraic identity — Spike #167 3-axis compare-contrast verified (a) and (b) are mathematically distinct primitives. The rate-ratio rational coupling IS the bridge. Without this stance, the (a+b) emergent content is implicit; with this stance, it is canonical and falsifiable.

  2. Provides natural ε parameter for [[user_stance_kepler_shape_universal]] at biological substrate — Spike #41's Cauchy-form kernel c_k = ε^k/k requires ε; biological substrate had no canonical ε (cosmic ε ≈ 0.0167 was Kepler-orbital). This stance gives ε = 1/p = 1/numerator-of-helical-pitch, placing biological substrate on the asymptotic-DOF spectrum at ε_DNA = 1/21 ≈ 0.048 (closer to Antikythera ε = 0.054 than to Earth's orbital ε = 0.0167).

  3. Generates falsifiable predictions for cross-substrate testing — see §Falsifier candidates below.

  4. Composes cleanly with [[user_stance_form_function_rotation_is_a_c_m_composition]] — the form-function-rotation amount IS the rate-ratio numerator (Spike #162 C1 bit-exact verification at k ∈ {21, 11, -12}). The form-function-rotation algebra IS the cross-scale rate-ratio algebra at biological substrate.
