STATUS: DRAFT — NOT CANONICALIZED. Per spike directive: HIGHEST vocab-impact territory (LoE substrate-portability identity-claim). Candidate stance (post-Spike #172 R3 empirical refinement):
The LoE separates into two ontological levels that hold simultaneously:
